A Master's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.This is a leadership role, but there will be times when you need to actively help with design iteration and project deliverables Roll up your sleeves to help the team get things done.Lead the development and implementation a design system in conjunction with marketing, branding, and other stakeholders.Collaborate across the organization (including C-level execs) to evangelize the design and research process.Go deep on customer insights, analytics and competitive intelligence to identify unseen opportunities and drive product innovation.Drive standard methodology for problem framing and synthesis of customer and business insights.
